No matter how we vary the sandwich, we like to use Welch's Natural Spread. Our favorite is the Welch’s Natural Strawberry Spread. My son, quite simply loves the taste, and I love that it is made with no high fructose corn syrup, only 6 total ingredients and no artificial flavors or colors. It has a great,natural taste that makes for a great PB&J sandwich!

The idea of a creative spin on PB&J inspired us to bake our favorite Peanut Butter & Jelly Cookies! We use a simple, peanut butter cookie dough combined with Welch's Strawberry or Raspberry Spread. They are made like a traditional thumbprint cookie - and they are like eating a mini peanut butter and jelly sandwich. My son and husband love these.
