A few months ago, I applied to the Shaklee 180™ Blogger Program, thinking it could be the change and focus I needed. The great news is that I was chosen along with some pretty other amazing bloggers - out of 460 applicants.
The program is 6 month program in where I will lose the weight I don't want and then learn to keep it off, all while chronicling my experiences through posts, videos and social media - and even pictures (yikes!). I'm really excited to start on March 1st and I know that the mutual support from my fellow bloggers in the program will be a terrific motivation.
People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180 Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week - so I see my goal of 20 pounds as totally 'do-able' over the next three months.
