{Social Deal Map} $25 Restaurant.com GC Giveaway

Before having our little one, the hubby and I had the worst spending habits! We never used coupons, ate at expensive restaurants and didn't look for deals. We had no idea what we were missing - or overspending on.  Having a child and buying a home has changed everything. Hello, reality.   Now, we're all about the deals. Have to find that coupon, special or code before we do anything.


That's why I love Social Deal Map.com. I love the concept of this site. Just type in your zip code and, like that, all the local deals pop up. 

Social Deal Map aggregate deals from numerous group buy websites and  these deals are then hand picked and displayed on a map. These deals are added and updated everyday, or even every few hours. The map is  very similar to a Google map and indeed it is made by Google map.  Instead of showing you driving directions,  it pinpoints all local deals available. You can move, zoom the map or search a specific  location and check out what is available nearby. Most of the deals are  off by 50% or more. After checking these deals out, you would not want to pay full price for a restaurant bill!

The above map is how a local search for my area came up. You can click on the points on the map for each individual deal or you can use the text links to the left. Let me tell you, it's addicting to check this site. It is indeed updated and I've already found some great deals! I found restaurant deals for up to 70% off - which is great incentive for my husband and I to get out more. I also think that this site would be great for vacations or when we travel. Quickly and easily, we'd be able to find great deals at the click of a button when we're away from home.

I also love that I can subscribe to this site so that any new listings in my area will come right to me! I won't miss anything.  This is definitely something to check out!
